Job Overview
Sutton, South London β From Tuesday 1st September. 8:30am β 4pm (Term Time Only). Full time Teaching Assistant. From Β£92.63 per day.
Responsibilities
- Providing dedicated support to a small group of pupils with ASD and ADHD.
- Supporting students with concentration, engagement, collaboration, and behaviour management.
- Implementing effective strategies to respond to and manage challenging behaviours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting pupils with ASD and ADHD within a classroom setting.
- A good understanding of behaviour management strategies and the ability to apply them effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence, patience and enthusiasm when working with children and young people with SEND.
- Relevant Teaching Assistant or SEND qualifications (desirable).
