Essential Qualifications & Skills

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience in SEN settings.
  • Strong knowledge of the SEN Code of Practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A caring, patient, and proactive approach to managing challenging behaviour positively.
