We are seeking a Qualified Teacher (QTS) to join a Post-16 SEND class starting in September. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and a passion for creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Responsibilities include delivering tailored lessons, developing individual education plans (IEPs), and working closely with support staff to promote student growth. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons tailored to the needs of students with SEND. • Provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students aged 16+. • Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) for students, ensuring their academic and personal growth. • Collaborate with a team of teaching assistants and support staff to provide holistic care and education Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). • Experience working with SEND students, preferably in a Post-16 setting. • Strong understanding of various learning styles and strategies to support diverse needs. • Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
