Your Role

• Support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups across the school.
• Help children with a range of additional needs engage confidently with learning.
• Work closely with teachers and the SENDCo to deliver tailored support.
• Encourage independence, communication and positive social interactions.
• Foster a safe, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment.
• Celebrate progress and help pupils build confidence both academically and personally.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has experience supporting children or young people with additional needs, either in education or a similar setting.
• Is patient, caring and able to build positive relationships.
• Can adapt to the individual needs of different learners.
• Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively.
• Has a genuine interest in inclusive education and supporting every child to succeed.
• Experience supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, SEMH or other SEND is beneficial, but the school values enthusiasm, resilience and a willingness to learn just as highly.
