We are working with a specialist SEND school supporting pupils with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), autism, and associated medical or communication needs. We are looking for Teaching Assistants to provide both flexible cover and long‑term support, giving you the choice to work ad‑hoc or in a consistent placement. In this role you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to pupils’ EHCPs
- Support pupils with communication, sensory regulation, and engagement in learning
- Assist with personal care, mobility and physical needs where required
- Help deliver multi‑sensory, individualised learning activities
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to provide a cohesive, multidisciplinary approach
You will play a vital role in helping pupils to:

- Develop communication and interaction abilities
