We are seeking a learning support assistant for a mainstream secondary school in the Redditch area. You will be part of the school’s SEND & Inclusion team, where you will be following a timetable and working with varying children on a 1-to-1 basis and in their main class lessons to access the curriculum. Whilst in this very varied role, you will be working alongside the wider SEND team to ensure that all students in touch with the department are supported to the best possible level, allowing for a great sense of teamwork and ability to help shape lives at a pivotal stage in their learning & development. Whilst in role, you will be working 8:30 till 3:30, Monday to Friday.
