Responsibilities
- Provide consistent 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
- Build positive and trusting relationships with children
- Support pupils both inside and outside the classroom
- Help children regulate emotions and engage with learning
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and parents/carers
- Encourage independence, confidence and social development
