Responsibilities

  • Be a role model, mentor and daily support to the children you will be working with.
  • Support students with SEND to overcome social and academic barriers.
  • Support the class teacher in delivery of the curriculum.
  • Make reasonable adjustments to ensure students thrive in the setting.
  • Provide 1:1 or group support to identified students.
  • Be passionate about supporting students with SEMH needs.
