About the School

The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join the Early Years team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards of care and education, while acting as a positive role model within the setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a role model within the Early Years setting, consistently implementing the EYFS framework
- Support and contribute to the room development plan, ensuring Ofsted requirements are met
- Work closely with the Room Leader to embed nursery initiatives
- Take responsibility (or shared responsibility) for specific Early Years projects or initiatives
- Follow and model best safeguarding practices at all times
- Maintain high standards in line with room audits and daily practice
Skills & Experience Required
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework
- Awareness of the Ofsted inspection framework
- Experience working effectively as part of a team
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service
