Key Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons across the curriculum in line with the National Curriculum and school policies.
- Differentiating instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners, including SEND and EAL students.
- Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Contribute to whole-school initiatives, staff meetings, and CPD programmes.
- Uphold safeguarding standards and promote a safe, respectful learning environment.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and community events as required.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a mainstream UK school.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Commitment to inclusive education and continuous professional development.
Desirable
- Experience with the latest educational technology and blended learning approaches.
- Post-graduate qualification or relevant specialist training.
