An inclusive all-age school in Redditch is seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant to join their team on a long-term basis, starting as soon as possible. This role is suited to a committed and dedicated individual who is passionate about supporting pupils with special educational needs across a range of age groups. You will play an important part in providing consistent support, helping pupils feel safe, engaged, and supported throughout the school day.
Your Role Will Include:
- Supporting pupils with SEN on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
