The predicted salary is between 26201 - 32023 £ per year.

Overview We are seeking a qualified Nursery Assistant to join a friendly and supportive nursery setting in Reading on a full-time, long-term basis.

Hourly pay rate of £15.17.

The successful candidate will hold a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification and have at least one year's experience working within a nursery or early years setting.

Responsibilities Support the daily care, learning and development of children.

Assist with planning and delivering engaging activities.

Build positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues.

Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment.

Observe and record children's progress while ensuring all safeguarding and nursery policies are followed.

Qualifications Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (recognised).

At least one year of experience in a nursery or early years setting.

Good understanding of the EYFS framework.

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Passion for working with children.
