We are currently seeking a resilient and committed Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEND primary school in the L9 area of Liverpool. This is a rewarding role supporting pupils with SEMH needs, ADHD, and challenging behaviour within a structured and supportive school environment.
The Role:
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Assisting with learning, behaviour management, and emotional regulation
- Working closely with teaching staff and SEN professionals
- Helping create a safe and positive learning environment
What we are looking for:
- Strong resilience and a calm, consistent approach
- Experience with SEND, SEMH, ADHD, or challenging behaviour (desirable)
- A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable children
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one (support can be provided)
