Role Summary A welcoming mainstream primary school in Reading is looking to appoint a caring and committed SEND Teaching Assistant to support a pupil on a one-to-one basis from September 2026. This full‑time role offers a daily rate of £92.63 and is ideal for someone passionate about helping children with additional needs thrive within a mainstream setting. Responsibilities Support the pupil throughout the school day. Help the pupil remain engaged with learning activities. Encourage independence and provide emotional reassurance where needed. Provide personal care support. Qualifications exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974. Pay Daily rate of £92.63. Salary / Pay Rate will be dependent on your skills and experience.
