Special Needs Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and patient special needs teaching assistant to join a supportive SEND school in Eton Wick, working full-time with primary‑aged pupils who display challenging behaviour.

Responsibilities: Provide consistent, structured support to help pupils feel safe, engaged, and able to access learning; work closely with teaching staff to create a positive and calm classroom environment.

Requirements: Remain calm under pressure, build strong relationships with pupils, adapt strategies to meet individual needs. Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 3:30pm. Temporary position unless stated otherwise.

Salary / Pay Rate will be dependent on your skills and experience.
