About the Role

We are looking for resilient and compassionate Teaching Assistants to support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism (ASC), and Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN).

Working alongside teachers and therapists, you'll help students access learning, develop social skills, regulate their emotions, and achieve their individual goals.

Responsibilities

  • Support pupils with SEMH needs.
  • Support pupils with Autism (ASC).
  • Support pupils with Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN).
  • Assist teachers and therapists in learning, social skills, and emotional regulation.

  • Experience in Youth Work, Family Support, Residential Childcare, Support Work, Behaviour Mentoring, Care or Community Support, Education or Special Educational Needs (SEN).
