Are you an experienced Nursery Assistant or Early Years Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding new opportunity this September? We are seeking caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated individuals to support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in a range of educational settings. Your early years experience provides an excellent foundation for working with children who need additional support. The skills you've developed in nurturing children's development, building positive relationships, encouraging communication, and adapting learning through play are highly transferable and invaluable in SEND environments.
Required skills and experience:
- Have experience working as a Nursery Assistant, Early Years Teaching Assistant, or in a similar childcare or education role.
- Are patient, compassionate, and committed to helping every child reach their full potential.
- Can build trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Are confident supporting children's communication, social, emotional, and developmental needs.
