Location: Oldham, Greater Manchester
Contract: Full-time / Term-time only
Salary: £95.00 to £105.00 per day, experience dependant
Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored learning support in class and during interventions
- Deliver personal care support (toileting, feeding, mobility assistance)
- Support communication using alternative and augmentative methods
- Assist with sensory activities and physical development programmes
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and medical professionals
- Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience supporting pupils with complex or additional needs
- Comfortable and professional in delivering personal care
- Patient, nurturing, and respectful of pupil dignity
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Relevant care or SEND qualifications are desirable but not essential
