Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive SEND school in Morden (SM4) from September.
This is a full‑time, long‑term opportunity working with pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and complex learning needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
- Create a nurturing, structured and inclusive classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with experienced teaching assistants, therapists and the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching within KS2.
- Experience working with pupils with ASD and/or complex needs (desirable but not essential).
- A patient, flexible and positive approach to teaching.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
