Axcis Education are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to support schools across North Wales. Due to the rural nature of the area, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred. This role involves supporting pupils within the classroom, working 1:1 or in small groups, and helping children to access learning in a positive and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils with their learning and engagement in lessons
- Providing 1:1 and small group support where required
- Assisting teachers with classroom activities and behaviour support
- Supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEND (where applicable)
Qualifications
- Experience working with children or young people (school or childcare experience desirable)
- Reliable, flexible, and proactive
- Hold a UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle (preferred due to location)
- Passionate about supporting children’s learning and development
