Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant
Location: Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire
Hours: Full‑time / Part‑time
Pay: £89 – £110 per day (experience dependent)
We’re currently recruiting Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs across local schools and specialist settings. This role involves providing 1:1 or small‑group support, helping pupils feel safe, supported, and able to access learning in a way that works for them.
Responsibilities:
- Support pupils with SEND such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
- Help with emotional regulation, routine, and engagement
- Work closely with teachers and SEN staff
- Provide calm, consistent support throughout the school day
