About the RoleThe school is seeking a Medical Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team. You will be providing both educational and care-based support to pupils with medical and complex needs, ensuring they can fully participate in school life.
Your role will include:
Assisting pupils with medical and personal care needs (full training provided).
Supporting students in the classroom and during practical activities.
Helping to implement individual learning plans.
Working closely with teachers, therapists, and healthcare professionals.
Encouraging independence, confidence, and social interaction.
