Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant – Location: Market Harborough, Leicestershire. Hours: Full-time / Part-time. Pay: £89 - £110 per day (experience dependent).

We’re currently recruiting Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs across local schools and specialist settings. This role involves providing 1:1 or small-group support, helping pupils feel safe, supported, and able to access learning in a way that works for them.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting pupils with SEND such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
  • Helping with emotional regulation, routine, and engagement
  • Working closely with teachers and SEN staff
  • Providing calm, consistent support throughout the school day
