Location: Market Bosworth and surrounding areas.

Hours: Full-time / Part-time options.

Pay: £89 - £110 per day (experience dependent).

We’re currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants to support pupils with additional needs across local schools and specialist settings. This role provides calm, consistent support to help pupils feel safe, confident, and able to engage with learning. Support may be 1:1 or in small groups, depending on the setting and pupil needs.

Responsibilities:

  • You’ll be supporting pupils who may need extra help due to Autism (ASD); ADHD; SEMH; learning difficulties; Speech & Language needs; emotional or behavioural challenges.
  • You may be working in mainstream schools, special schools, or alternative provision settings, supporting learning both in and out of the classroom.

Qualifications are useful but not essential — the right attitude and experience matter most.

Requirements & Safeguarding:

All roles are subject to enhanced DBS and safeguarding checks. You will be required to provide an up to date DBS, or be prepared to allow processing on your behalf, in addition to other mandatory compliance checks in line with DfE guidelines.
