Reading & Phonics Specialist Rate: £110 - £120 (TA) or Scale (Teacher). Help a Child Find Their Voice. This role involves working as a Phonics Specialist (RWI or Jolly Phonics) across KS1. You will be leading small groups of 4-5 children and turning them into confident readers.

The Reward: Watch confidence levels skyrocket in just six weeks. The Rate: High‑impact work deserves high‑impact pay. We offer £110‑£120 per day for experienced intervention TAs. This is a temporary position unless stated otherwise.
