Key Responsibilities:

  • Offering 1:1 and small group support to students with ASD and SEMH, helping them engage and succeed in their learning.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of personalised learning plans to meet the individual needs of students.
  • Supporting students with behaviour management, using de-escalation strategies to promote positive outcomes.
  • Encouraging students’ social and emotional growth, fostering independence, confidence, and well-being.
  • Collaborating with teachers, the SENCO, and external professionals to ensure effective, tailored support for each student.
  • Contributing to the creation of a safe, structured, and inclusive environment that promotes both learning and personal development.

The Ideal Candidate:
