Outdoorsy TA / Teacher Rate: TA £100 / Teacher Scale. Must love mud and motivation. If you think the best classroom has a canopy of trees instead of a ceiling, we have the perfect placement. We are partnering with several "Forest Schools" that need staff who are happy to spend the day outdoors, rain or shine.
Role: Supporting outdoor learning, fire‑building safety (with training!), and nature‑based curriculum.
Pay: TAs starting at £100 per day; Teachers paid to scale.
Ideal Fit: Perfect for those with a PE, Scouting, or Geography background.
