Axcis Education are recruiting for a dedicated and nurturing 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a Key Stage 1 pupil with Autism at a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the Stockport area. This is a full‑time, long‑term role starting in September, offering the opportunity to become a permanent member of staff for the right candidate. You will play a vital role in helping a young learner access the curriculum, develop confidence and thrive both academically and socially. The school is well‑regarded for its supportive leadership team, strong SEND provision and commitment to creating an environment where every child can succeed.

The pupil is a bright and engaging child with a keen interest in superheroes. Candidates who can use this interest as a way to build positive relationships, encourage engagement and support learning will be particularly well‑suited to the role.
