Position: SEND Teaching Assistant
Location: Loughton, Essex
Hours: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, Starting ASAP

About Us: Conveniently located near the Central Line, our school is committed to creating an inclusive, nurturing environment for students with severe ASD, PMLD, ADHD, and additional complex needs. Our facilities are fully equipped to support students who require wheelchairs, hoisting, and personal care assistance.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalised support to students with complex needs, including ASD, SLD, PMLD, and those exhibiting challenging behaviours
- Provide personal care, including wheelchair assistance and hoisting

Requirements:
- Experience with students with severe and profound learning difficulties
- Familiarity with ASD, PMLD, ADHD, and complex behavioural needs
- Skill in managing challenging behaviour with patience and empathy
