The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 Β£ per year.

We are recruiting a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Bromley, supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Responsibilities

  • Supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs in the classroom and during targeted interventions.
  • Building positive relationships that help children feel safe, engaged and confident in their learning.
  • Working alongside teachers and the SEND team to implement individual support strategies.
  • Encouraging pupils’ academic, social and emotional development.
  • Helping to create an inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children in a primary or SEND setting.
  • A patient, nurturing and proactive approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
