We are recruiting a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Bromley, supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs in the classroom and during targeted interventions.
- Building positive relationships that help children feel safe, engaged and confident in their learning.
- Working alongside teachers and the SEND team to implement individual support strategies.
- Encouraging pupils’ academic, social and emotional development.
- Helping to create an inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in a primary or SEND setting.
- A patient, nurturing and proactive approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
