Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable SEND Teaching Assistant with experience, or a Care Worker with relevant experience, to support students with challenging behaviour in South London.
The role is Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 4.00 pm.
Responsibilities
- Supporting students with special educational needs and challenging behaviour.
- Providing one-to-one and small group support to help students engage with learning.
- Working closely with teachers and other staff to create a safe and positive environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a SEND Teaching Assistant or Care Worker.
- Confidence and resilience when supporting challenging behaviour.
- A caring, patient and proactive approach.
