A learning support assistant role at a SEMH primary school in West Drayton is available from September 2026.

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:45pm, during term time.

You will work with teachers to help pupils access learning, providing academic and pastoral support throughout the school day.

The ideal candidate will have experience with SEMH needs, be patient and reliable, and possess strong communication and teamwork skills.
