A college in Harrow is seeking a dedicated and caring Learning Support Assistant to join its SEN Department from 1st September 2026. The successful candidate will support learners with severe and complex needs, helping them to access learning and develop independence.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Essential qualities: Caring, patient, and reliable approach; ability to work effectively as part of a team; commitment to supporting learners with additional needs.
- Desirable experience and training: Care work or healthcare background; experience supporting individuals with severe learning difficulties and/or disabilities; manual handling training; PEG feeding training.
Location: Harrow.
Working pattern: 4 or 5 days per week; hours typically between 08:45/09:00 and 16:00/16:30.
