  • Contract: Full-Time, Term Time Only
  • Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the pupil throughout the school day on a 1:1 basis and within small groups.
  • Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs.
  • Deliver targeted interventions under teacher guidance.
  • Encourage independence, communication, and social development.
  • Work alongside the class teacher, SENCO, therapists, and parents.
  • Monitor and record progress towards EHCP outcomes.
  • The Successful Candidate Will Have
  • The Successful Candidate Will Have Experience supporting children with additional learning needs, ideally Global Developmental Delay.
  • A nurturing, patient, and flexible approach.
  • Understanding of child development and differentiated learning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with speech and language programmes or sensory strategies is desirable.
