We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join the team at a college based in Harrow. This role involves supporting learners with complex needs to access their education in a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.

Working hours: 08:45 – 16:00 (may vary depending on the learner’s timetable).

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing one-to-one and small group support to learners with complex needs.
  • Assisting learners with personal care and mobility where required.
  • Supporting learning activities both in and out of the classroom.
  • Working closely with teaching staff and other support professionals.
Essential Requirements
  • Experience with manual handling.
  • Experience using hoists.
  • A patient, reliable, and empathetic approach.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow care/support plans.
