Location: SW15, Start: ASAP – we are currently recruiting for a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join a busy school satellite site on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within school operations, with clear progression pathways available.
Key Responsibilities
- Front‑of‑house reception duties and general administrative support
- Supporting HR and finance processes (full training provided)
- Assisting with day‑to‑day school office operations
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a school office is desirable; Arbour system experience is ideal but not essential
- Ambitious, proactive, and a quick learner
- Reliable and committed (temp‑to‑perm position; consistency is essential)
- Must hold a valid Child and Adult DBS
Working Hours
Monday to Friday – 7:30 am or 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (7:30 am start preferred but not essential)
Salary
£15.50 – £18.00 per hour (PAYE), dependent on experience and qualifications.
