Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, preparation and delivery of engaging lessons for Year 6.
- Deliver targeted learning and intervention programmes, both 1:1 and in small groups.
- Support pupils with a range of SEND needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.
- Promote an inclusive learning environment through collaborative work with pupils, teachers and support staff.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold HLTA qualifications.
- Have experience supporting young people with SEND needs.
- Demonstrate confidence in leading lessons and managing classroom behaviour.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a flexible and positive approach to supporting students.
