A mainstream college in Plumstead is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support students with high needs studying IT and Health & Social Care. This is a full-time, classroom-based role focused on behavioural support. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
The Role:
- Provide in-class support for students with SEND and high needs
- Support positive behaviour, engagement, and participation
- Work closely with teaching staff to implement individual learning plans
- Help students develop academic, social, and independent learning skills
- Maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
