Axcis are partnering with a large, well-organised secondary school in Tower Hamlets who are seeking a confident Cover Supervisor to support across KS3 and KS4. The school has clear behaviour systems, strong pastoral structures and an inclusive SEND provision supporting a wide range of learners. The school is within walking distance of DLR and Overground stations.
In this role, you will be:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
- Maintaining a calm, structured and purposeful learning environment.
- Managing classroom behaviour confidently and consistently.
- Supporting SEND pupils who may require additional guidance.
- Working across a range of subjects and year groups.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, mentor or youth worker.
- Strong classroom presence and behaviour management skills.
