Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:45 PM
Role: Support young adults and adults with personal care and profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD).
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care including hygiene, feeding, and mobility support.
- Support educational and recreational activities tailored to individual needs.
- Promote independence and wellbeing for all individuals in your care.
- Work closely with colleagues and healthcare professionals to implement care plans.
