Axcis Education Recruitment is seeking an experienced 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a student in an Autism Provision at a secondary school in EN4, Barnet. The role targets ASD with SEMH needs and challenging behaviours; you will provide dedicated 1:1 support, help implement EHCP targets, and apply positive behaviour strategies throughout the day. This is a term-time, full-time position starting September 2026, offering a supportive SEND leadership environment and opportunities to develop.
