The Role

As a Teacher, you will plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons that inspire pupils and promote a love of learning. You will create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where children feel supported, challenged and encouraged to succeed. You will assess pupils' progress, adapt your teaching to meet individual learning needs and work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers to ensure the best possible outcomes for every child. You will play an active role in the wider life of the school, contributing to school events, promoting positive behaviour and maintaining high standards of safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a teacher who holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification and has experience teaching within a primary school setting. You should be confident in delivering high-quality lessons, have excellent classroom management skills and be committed to creating an engaging learning environment. Strong communication skills, a collaborative approach and a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development are essential. Applications are welcomed from experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to begin or continue their teaching journey in a supportive school environment.

Contract: Full-time. Salary / Pay Rate will be dependent on your skills and experience.
