Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored support to students on a 1:1 or group basis, addressing their individual needs.
- Help students manage emotions and behaviour, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Support students with SEMH, ASD, and ADHD, leveraging your prior experience.
- Assist with the KS3 curriculum, ensuring pupils stay engaged and on track academically.
- Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills to maintain a structured classroom atmosphere.
