Overview
Unqualified Teaching Assistant – 1:1 Support (ASD). Location: L24, South Liverpool. Contract Type: Full-Time (Term Time Only). Salary: Weekly pay - Starting at £13.50+ per hour.
Responsibilities
- Build a trusting and nurturing relationship with the child, becoming their key point of support.
- Assist with classroom activities, adapting tasks to meet the child's individual needs.
- Implement strategies to support the child's emotional regulation, communication, and social skills.
- Provide encouragement and celebrate achievements to boost confidence and independence.
- Collaborate with the class teacher and SEN team to ensure tailored learning experiences.
Requirements / Qualifications
- A genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
