We are recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to join a school in the Keynsham area, supporting pupils to engage with lessons, develop confidence and achieve their potential. This could be an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in education, care, youth work or support work.
What you'll do:
- Provide classroom and 1:1 learning support
- Help pupils understand and complete tasks
- Support students with additional needs
- Encourage independence and confidence
- Build positive relationships with pupils
