We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a large college in the Westminster area. Start date: September Salary: Dependent on experience Interview date: June
- Supportive & Purposeful Role: Help students with additional needs thrive—both in and out of the classroom—through one-to-one and small group support.
- Confident in Core Subjects: Support learning in English, Maths, and Science, helping students build confidence and understanding.
- UK-Based Skills Welcome: UK classroom experience or a UK degree is highly desirable, particularly in education or related fields.
- Team Player Needed: Work collaboratively with teachers and the SEND team to promote an inclusive and focused learning environment.
- Room to Grow: Training, ongoing support, and the potential for a long-term or permanent role are available for the right candidate.
