What you’ll do:
- You’ll support pupils with additional needs across local schools and specialist settings, providing calm, consistent support to help pupils feel safe, confident, and able to engage with learning.
- Support may be 1:1 or in small groups, depending on the setting and pupil needs.
- Work with pupils who may need extra help due to autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties, speech & language needs, or emotional/behavioural challenges.
- Work in mainstream schools, special schools, or alternative provisions, supporting learning both in and out of the classroom.
