KS2 Teacher – SEND School
Location: Morden, SM4 | Start: September 2026 | Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm | Pay: Main Scale
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
- Create a nurturing, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with experienced teaching assistants, therapists, and the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching within KS2.
- Experience working with pupils with ASD and/or complex needs (desirable but not essential).
- Patient, flexible, and positive approach to teaching.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
