We are currently recruiting a SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils within a welcoming and inclusive school in Redditch. This role offers flexibility, with both full-time and part-time options available, making it ideal for candidates seeking long-term work that fits around their availability. You will work closely with pupils who have additional learning needs, providing 1:1 and small-group support to help them access the curriculum and build confidence in their learning.

Responsibilities
