Axcis Education is currently recruiting Cover Teachers to work across a range of secondary schools in Tameside and Stockport. This is a fantastic opportunity for confident classroom professionals looking for flexible work with an immediate start.
The Role: As a Cover Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering pre-set work in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring pupils remain engaged and on task. You will maintain a positive learning environment and uphold the schoolβs behaviour policies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising classes across KS3 and KS4
- Delivering pre-planned lessons and activities
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively
